GENERAL BILL by Williams, T. ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kendrick

Environmental Protection; provides legislative intent re funding for Florida Forever program; revises provisions governing distribution of portion of proceeds of excise tax on documents to Land Acquisition TF; removes provisions requiring DEP to develop mechanism consolidating federal & state wetland permitting programs; provides for permit modification under certain circumstances; provides for certain declaratory statements from DEP, etc. Amends Ch. 373, 201.15.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
