GENERAL BILL by Bogdanoff ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Reagan ; Troutman

Employee Leasing Companies; requires that applicant for initial license as said company or said company group license have specified net worth; authorizes certain financial statements to be prepared on consolidated or combined basis; requires that said company make certain info. available to Financial Services Dept.; requires workers' comp. insurer providing coverage for said companies to provide certain info. to rating organization, etc. Amends Ch. 468, 627.192.
