CS/SB 1384: Stand Up for All Students Act

GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Haridopolos

Stand Up for All Students Act; prohibits bullying & harassment during education programs & activities, on school buses, or through use of data or computer software accessed through computer systems of certain educational institutions; requires each school district to adopt policy prohibiting such bullying & harassment; requires DOE approval of school district's policy & compliance with reporting procedures as prerequisites to receipt of safe schools funds, etc. Creates 1006.147.
