Health Profession Education; exempts certain licensees under Medical Practice provisions from continuing education requirements; revises requirements for instruction on domestic violence; revises requirements for instruction on HIV & AIDS for certain licensees; exempts certain licensees under Nursing provisions from continuing education requirements; limits authority of Board of Nursing to adopt rules re nursing program faculty qualifications, etc. Amends FS.
