SB 1406: Juvenile Records

GENERAL BILL by Wilson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Miller ; Lawson ; Hill

Juvenile Records; deletes requirement that minor who is charged with certain offenses be fingerprinted; prohibits FDLE from releasing any criminal history information re minors without corresponding disposition information; limits use of certain juvenile records; requires that clerk of court submit disposition information to dept. under certain circumstances. Amends 943.051,.053, 985.212.
