Workers' Comp./First Responders; provides definition of term "first responder"; provides standard of proof for certain injuries & diseases in certain workers' compensation claims; provides that certain adverse results & complications are injuries by accident arising out of employment; provides for continuation of permanent total supplemental benefits for certain first responders; provides definition of term "occupational disease"; provides legislative findings. Amends 440.091.
