GENERAL BILL by Sansom ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hasner ; Holloway
Hospices; revises definition of term "hospice"; requires that hospice state year of initial licensure in state; prescribes manner & placement of such notification; provides that AHCA may not deny license to applicants that fail to meet certain conditions when good cause for such failure can be demonstrated; requires hospice to use trained volunteers & to document & report certain volunteer information, etc. Amends 400.601,.602,.606,.6105.
