GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Atwater ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wilson

Hospices; revises definition of term "hospice"; requires that hospice state year of initial licensure in state; prescribes manner & placement of notification; requires AHCA to deny license or renewal of license to hospices that fail to meet certain conditions; requires hospice to use trained volunteers & to document & report certain volunteer information; requires OPPAGA to submit report to Legislature, etc. Amends 400.601,.602,.606,.6105.
