SB 1424: Negligent Hiring/Civil Actions
GENERAL BILL by Klein
Negligent Hiring/Civil Actions; requires that employer meet all specified conditions that give employer presumption against negligent hiring in action for civil damages resulting from intentional tort committed by employee. Amends 768.096.
