HB 1429: Advocacy Councils
GENERAL BILL by Bucher
Advocacy Councils; provides that Fla. Statewide Advocacy Council shall be located in Attorney General's Office but may be assigned by Legislature for administrative support purposes to any government agency; provides that members failing to attend two-thirds of conference call meetings over course of year may have their positions deemed vacant by council; authorizes Attorney General to fill certain vacancies on council, etc. Amends 402.164,.165,.166,.167.
