GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Saunders ; Geller
Beverage Law/Direct Shipment of Wine; (THIS BILL COMBINES S144 & 944) provides for license classification as winery shipper; authorizes certain direct shipments of wine; requires licensure of winery shippers; removes provision requiring that licensee be aggrieved by violation involving prohibited delivery from without state to have standing to bring action; provides that Internet orders shall be construed as telephone orders, etc. Creates 561.585; amends Ch. 561, 599.004.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
