McKnight Brain Institute of University of Fla. to develop & maintain brain tumor registry; provides that individuals may choose not to be listed in registry; establishes Fla. Center for Brain Tumor Research within said institute of said university; provides for competitive grant process for awarding certain funds, etc. Creates 381.853.
