Health Profession Education; exempts certain licensees under Medical Practice provisions from continuing education requirements; revises requirements for instruction on domestic violence; revises requirements for instruction on HIV & AIDS for certain licensees; exempts certain licensees under Nursing provisions from continuing education requirements; removes alternative continuing education provisions, to conform, etc. Amends Ch. 456, 464.013, 458.319, 459.008.
