GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Wise

Juvenile Sexual Offenders; defines terms "psychosexual evaluation" & "qualified sexual offender practitioner"; requires court to order said evaluation for said offender; requires predisposition report to include evaluation of results & recommendations of evaluation; requires court to consider evaluation prior to requiring that offender be treated by community-based juvenile sexual offender treatment program; creates task force, etc. Amends Ch. 985.
