GENERAL BILL by Lopez-Cantera

Youth Custody Officers; provides that youth custody officers may file criminal charges & gather evidence under specified circumstances; provides that said officers have authority & powers of law enforcement officers, subject to specified exceptions, while in performance of their duties; requires youth custody officers to be certified as law enforcement officers. Amends 985.2075.
