GENERAL BILL by Poppell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Davis ; Hasner

Reptiles & Wildlife; requires Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission to establish list of reptiles of concern subject to regulation; requires licensure for capturing, keeping, possessing, or exhibiting of said reptiles; requires safe, secure, & proper housing of reptiles; directs commission to establish requirements for transportation of venomous reptiles of concern; restricts who may open cages, pits, or other containers housing venomous reptile, etc. Amends Ch. 372. APPROPRIATION: $300,000.
