GENERAL BILL by Altman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harrell ; Hasner

Speed Limit/State Roads/Penalty Zone; creates pilot program for establishment by DOT of enhanced penalty zones on state roads in certain counties; provides for future review & repeal of pilot program; authorizes DOT to set speed limits within said zones; prohibits operation of vehicle at speed greater than that posted in said zone; specifies criteria for posting in construction zone; provides penalties for violation of posted speed in enhanced penalty zone, etc. Amends FS.
