SB 1490: Imitation Firearms
GENERAL BILL by Wilson
Imitation Firearms; defines term "imitation firearm"; prohibits sale of said firearm; provides exceptions; provides penalties for person who sells imitation firearm; provides penalties for person who displays, uses, threatens, or attempts to use any imitation firearm while committing or attempting to commit felony. Amends 790.07.
