SB 150: Save Our Everglades Trust Fund
GENERAL BILL by Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Aronberg ; Smith
Save Our Everglades Trust Fund; provides legislative intent re need to expeditiously implement Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan; removes obsolete provisions; directs deposit of funds into said trust fund within DEP; requires that portion of those funds be used for land acquisition. Amends 373.470. APPROPRIATION: $200,000,000.
