GENERAL BILL by Dean
Sexual Offenders/Registration; provides that certain young adults & older minors who are said offenders may petition court for removal of requirement to register as offenders; specifies how court makes its determination to grant or deny petition; requires FDLE to remove offender from classification as said offender for purposes of registration & notification if offender provides to FDLE certified copy of court's written findings or order granting petition. Amends Chs. 943, 944.
