SB 1524: Juveniles/Sentencing

GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Juveniles/Sentencing; authorizes court to sentence juvenile using combination of juvenile & adult sanctions & to impose juvenile & adult sanctions if juvenile commits certain specified offenses; requires juvenile to successfully complete juvenile residential commitment program; reenacts provision re volunteer waiver of juvenile court jurisdiction, to incorporate amendments made to specified provision in reference thereto, etc. Amends 985.233; reenacts 985.226(1).
