CS/SB 1536: Indoor Smoking Places
GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Jones
Indoor Smoking Places; defines term "person" for purposes of Fla. Clean Indoor Air Act; prohibits person in charge of enclosed indoor workplace from permitting smoking in that workplace; prohibits vendor from permitting smoking in licensed premises unless it is designated as stand-alone bar; provides penalty for licensee who knowingly makes false statement on affidavit of compliance, etc. Amends 386.203,.204,.2045,.206,.208, 561.695.
