CS/HB 11: Indoor Smoking Places
GENERAL BILL by Robaina ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Flores ; Garcia ; Homan ; Zapata
Indoor Smoking Places; defines term "person" for purposes of Fla. Clean Indoor Air Act; prohibits proprietor or other person in charge of enclosed indoor workplace from permitting smoking in that workplace; prohibits vendor from permitting smoking in licensed premises unless it is designated as stand-alone bar; provides penalty for vendor who knowingly makes false statement on affidavit of compliance, etc. Amends 386.203,.204,.2045,.206, 561.695.
