Lobbying/Reporting Requirements; revises provisions re reporting requirements for legislative lobbyists & lobbyists of executive branch & Constitution Revision Commission; removes requirement that each lobbying firm & principal maintain certain records & documents for specified period; removes requirements for each lobbying firm to file quarterly compensation reports; removes provisions re electronic compensation report filing requirements, etc. Amends Chs. 11, 112.
