GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos
Wrongful Conviction & Incarceration; provides that person who has been wrongfully convicted of crime & incarcerated within DOC may be financially compensated under certain circumstances; requires that claimant submit certain documents as proof of wrongful conviction & incarceration; directs Legal Affairs Dept. to review & process documents; provides certain criteria for Chief Financial Officer to follow when paying claim.
