Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority; authorizes & empowers authority to be & serve as local agency under Fla. Industrial Development Financing Act; eliminates aggregate limit on outstanding industrial development revenue bonds issued by authority; changes reference to adjacent campus from "University of South Florida" to "New College of Florida" for purposes of defining term "airport grounds", etc.
