PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Banking and Insurance
Deferred Presentment Providers/OGSR; amends specified provision which provides exemption from public-records requirements for information that identifies drawer or deferred presentment provider contained in database for said providers maintained by Financial Regulation Office of Financial Services Commission; makes clarifying & editorial changes; removes superfluous provisions; removes scheduled repeal of exemption. Amends 560.4041.
