Cybercrime Off./Legal Affairs Dept.; creates said Office within Legal Affairs Dept.; authorizes office to investigate certain violations of state law pertaining to sexual exploitation of children; provides that investigators employed by office are law enforcement officers of state; authorizes Attorney General to carry out certain duties & responsibilities; requires Attorney General to provide notice of arrest to local sheriff. Creates 16.61.
