GENERAL BILL by Baker
Life Insurance Policies; authorizes insurers to issue life insurance policies containing mandatory binding arbitration provision; authorizes such provisions to contain other dispute resolution provisions; requires insurers to provide applicants for policies containing said provision disclosure statement; specifies absence of prohibition against using alternative mandatory binding arbitration in certain insurance policies, etc. Creates 627.4141.
