GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Commerce and Consumer Services ; Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Aronberg ; Argenziano ; Alexander ; Bennett ; Lawson ; Peaden ; Smith ; Lynn ; Bullard ; King ; Campbell

Fiscally Constrained Counties; provides for distribution of communications services taxes to fiscally constrained counties; provides for transitional emergency distribution from Local Government Half-cent Sales Tax Clearing Trust Fund to certain fiscally constrained counties; provides eligibility criteria to qualify as fiscally constrained county; provides for phaseout period; provides for use of funds, etc. Amends 202.18, 218.65, 985.2155; creates 218.67.
