Education for Children With Autism; provides for autism scholarships for early education & intervention for children with autism spectrum disorders; provides eligibility requirements; provides costs eligible for reimbursement; defines "autism spectrum disorders"; provides that Centers for Autism & Related Disabilities (CARD Centers) shall operate as charter schools without certain authorization; provides certain waivers for students attending CARD Center charter schools.
