Youth/Young Adults with Disabilities; provides for creation of Interagency Services Committee for Youth & Young Adults with Disabilities; provides legislative intent; provides that committee be staffed by member agencies of committee; provides that committee is subject to open records & meetings requirements; provides for reimbursement of certain expenses; provides duties & responsibilities of committee; provides for termination of committee, etc.
