Child Safety/Schools/Identification; requires person to present picture identification before retrieving student from public school, under certain circumstances; requires policies to be provided to DOE; requires person to present picture ID before retrieving child from nonpublic school or specified child care facilities, under certain circumstances; requires policies to be maintained on premises of each entity & available for inspection; defines term "picture identification".
