PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Wise
Home Parcel Identification Numbers; expands exemption from public records requirements for identifying information of specified agency personnel to include home parcel identification numbers maintained by county property appraisers; provides for review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity, etc. Amends 119.071; reenacts 409.2577.
