GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Transportation ; Sebesta
Driver's Licenses; provides for person to be issued ID card at no cost following voluntary surrender of driver's license or suspension or revocation of driver's license under certain conditions; revises requirement that physician report to HSMV any patient diagnosed with epilepsy, cataplexy, or narcolepsy, which has been unresponsive to medical treatment; provides person renewing license before date of expiration is subject to eyesite & hearing exam, etc. Amends FS.
