Office of Governor/Succession; deletes Secretary of State, Comptroller, Treasurer, & Commissioner of Education from order of succession to office of Governor; provides that Chief Financial Officer shall become Governor upon vacancies in offices of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, & Attorney General. Amends 14.055.
