Commercial Parasailing; defines term "commercial parasailing"; requires each vessel to obtain annual license from FWC; requires each owner to carry liability insurance; provides for minimum amounts of insurance & maximum deductibles; provides requirements for persons conducting commercial parasailing operations; provides criminal penalty. Creates 327.375.
