GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Physician Licensure/Externship; provides option for applicants for physician licensure to complete externship; authorizes DOH to develop procedures re completion of externship; requires board approval of externships; authorizes board to adopt rules to implement externship requirements, including fees to cover costs; revises requirement of dept. to impose conditions, limitations, or restrictions on license; conforms cross-references. Amends 458.311,.313,.316,.3165,.317,.347.
