GENERAL BILL by Constantine
Privately Owned Fire Hydrants; requires owners of fire hydrants to test hydrants in accordance with national standards; requires nonfunctioning privately owned hydrants to be reported & repaired; provides fines for noncompliance. Amends 633.065.
