GENERAL BILL by Constantine

Community Redevelopment; requires community redevelopment agency to include additional information in report to governing body of county or municipality; authorizes implementation of funding alternative by local government that is subject to tax increment financing obligations re community redevelopment agency; requires development of interlocal agreement regarding community redevelopment areas in home rule county & in county without home rule charter, etc. Amends Ch. 163.
