GENERAL BILL by Communications and Public Utilities ; Constantine
Florida Public Service Commission; clarifies when commissioner's term begins & ends; deletes obsolete provisions re transition from elected to appointed commission & to office of hearing examiners; deletes obsolete provisions re regulation of railroads; deletes provisions governing assessment of certain regulatory fees; repeals provisions re Chief Auditor of commission & re regulation of coal slurry pipelines, etc. Amends Ch. 350; repeals 350.051,.80, 361.08.
