Signs of Suicide Prevention Program; provides legislative intent; provides for pilot program to be conducted by Signs of Suicide Prevention Program for secondary schools in specified counties; requires submission of proposals to DOE; provides for student participation in pilot program & for provision of certain information to parents; requires report to Legislature. APPROPRIATION: $600,000.
