SB 1900: Civil Actions/Limitations

GENERAL BILL by Smith

Civil Actions/Limitations; provides that civil action or proceeding may be commenced at any time within 10 years after conduct in violation of specified provision, which caused the action to accrue; requires that action for recovery of damages for injury arising out of commission of criminal act classified as felony be commenced no later than 10 years after offender who inflicted injury has completed his or her sentence therefor. Amends 772.17; creates 772.175.
