HB 199: Sovereign Immunity/Law Enforcement
GENERAL BILL by Patterson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baxley ; Homan ; Machek ; Murzin ; Reagan
Sovereign Immunity/Law Enforcement; provides that law enforcement agency is not liable for injury, death, or property damage effected or caused by person fleeing law enforcement officer under certain circumstances; provides for severability & application. Amends 768.28.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
