Homeless Persons/Assault or Battery; provides definition; provides minimum sentence for person convicted of aggravated assault or aggravated battery upon homeless person; provides for reclassification of certain offenses when committed against homeless persons; provides that adjudication of guilt or imposition of sentence shall not be suspended, deferred, or withheld for such offenses. Creates 784.0815.
