GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Consumer Protection; changes obsolete dates; reenacts & amends provision re remedies of enforcing authority under Florida Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices Act; provides that court may order actions brought under that act on behalf of an enterprise; provides requirements for protection of creation not subject to copyright. Amends 501.203,.204,.207; reenacts 501.207(1); creates 501.972.
