GENERAL BILL by Education Appropriations ; Baker

Education/Spouses/Disabled Veterans; provides that it is declared policy of state to provide educational opportunity at state expense for spouses of deceased or disabled servicemembers; provides criteria for qualification for such benefits for unremarried spouses of deceased servicemembers & dependent spouses of disabled servicemembers; specifies uses of funds appropriated for such educational opportunities; revises terminology, etc. Amends Ch. 295.
