Real Property Electronic Recording; cites act as "Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act"; provides for validity of electronic documents re real property; grants Dept. of State rulemaking authority; creates Electronic Recording Council; requires dept. to make specific written findings if any of council's recommendations are rejected; provides guidelines for dept., in consultation with council, to consider in adopting, amending, & repealing standards, etc. Creates 695.27.
