CS/CS/HB 213: County School Districts
JOINT RESOLUTION by Brummer ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Arza ; Flores ; Goldstein ; Hasner ; Traviesa
County School Districts; constitutional amendment to provide that school districts may be divided into two or more school districts, each having no fewer than 25,000 students, as provided by law & upon vote of county's electors; to provide that school district taxes shall be imposed countywide & distributed to school districts in equitable & nondiscriminatory manner as provided by law, etc. Amends s. 4, Art. IX.
