SB 2150: Strangulation/Felony Battery
GENERAL BILL by Dockery
Strangulation/Felony Battery; provides that knowingly or intentionally impeding normal breathing or circulation of blood of another person in specified ways constitutes felony battery; provides an affirmative defense; provides penalties. Amends 784.041.
